Harland Sharp is committed to 100% Made in the USA. All materials are from USA resources. Every machining step is performed in the USA. Every component is assembled in the USA. Quality is built into every rocker arm we make. Beginning with the selection of materials, nine different 2024-T3511 high-quality aluminum extrusions are precision machined to ensure a perfect fit for every application.
All rocker arm bodies and steel components are machined at our facility. Quality control is maintained by our expert machinists. Nothing we deliver has been made offshore. Harland Sharp's pins are larger, offering increased strength, and knurled to eliminate spinning, centerless ground journals are counter bored and induction annealed for maximum strength. The centerless ground, heat treated end is riveted to prevent them backing out of position.
Thick walled materials are utilized in our roller bearings. Our heavy-duty roller bearing wall thickness provides the maximum strength that you can rely on. All Harland Sharp Roller Bearings are hand assembled. Each assembly contains 27 needle bearings. These assemblies are knurled to achieve a precision press fit. In addition, they are heat treated and black oxidized to achieve maximum strength and durability. Each completed piece is inspected and packed with 16 polylocks. Due to the reverse oiling pattern of the late model HEMI, Harland Sharp has addressed the needs of this motor better than any other manufacturer with years of developement into a full rocker arm replacement, not just cheaper sleaves that bolt over the weaker stock rocker shafts ultimately increasing the shearing force on a rocker shaft that is already at it's limits on higher horsepower vehicles.
