Mail Payments - We accept Money Orders and Checks from US customers only. Please allow 3-5 days for personal checks to credit our account. Money Orders process immediately.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International Customers – High Horse Performance sells and ships product to anywhere in the continental US.  The prices contained in this site are for shipment within the Continental US only.  Extra shipping fees may be incurred for shipments outside of the Continental US and will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge.  In order for us to keep our listed prices as low as possible, this is a requirement and we apologize for any inconvenience this may incur.  We recommend that you email or call our sales team prior to making any purchase for delivery outside of the continental US.


Warranty, Returns, and Refunds

 

Warranty: High Horse Performance, Inc. does not and cannot provide warranties, actual or implied, for any manufacturer’s product or services.

Warrantees are provided by the manufactures and are handled between the manufacturer and customer directly. Most parts come with Manufacturer warranty cards which are required to be filled out and sent in to the manufacturer by the customer at time of receipt of product. No products should be shipped back to High Horse Performance, Inc. or it’s warehouses without prior permission and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

 

Refunds and Returns: Due to High Horse Performance, Inc. not being able to mandate or change refund or return policies of manufacturers ALL refunds and returns are at the discretion of the manufacturer. If a manufacturer agrees that a return and/or refund is warranted, High Horse Performance, Inc. will be notified and issue an RMA number then once product is received they will affect a refund on either the customer’s store account or the same credit card the customer had purchased the part(s) with once it receives credit from the manufacturer.

 

High Horse Performance is always willing to assist their customers with the warranty, return, refund process but is limited in action by the manufacturers and cannot mandate or affect any changes to the manufacturer’s warranty, refund, return policies actual or implied.

 

High Horse Performance, Inc. is not liable for damage to a customer’s vehicle nor injury to person(s) using purchased parts due to improper use, improper installation, or an incorrect part purchase.
