The LSD solution is very unique unlike simple factory door hinges,
LSD are engineered to open the door first outwards and then
securely controlled raise the door upwards. Special designed gas
springs supports the raising action so that there is no need to use
excess force to lift the doors.
The door opens in 2 steps:
1. Open the door "the normal way" up to a Full 30 degrees (this is
more then ample space for easy entrance and exit)
2. Raise the door upwards after it reaches your preset horizontal
limiter, LSD is foolproof because of our technology

hole in the A-pillar might be necessary. For further

Important footnote for the gas
springs:
- the gas spring was balanced due
to the weight of a original door without any additional
accessories. If there is a difference in the weight of the door you
may need to purchase a stronger or weaker gas spring at additional
costs.
- Please note, that the gas power of the gas springs may vary due
to temperature variation, this may alter the force required to open
and close the door. These variations are normal and due to the
nature of gas springs and should not be considered as a
defect. |
